We all agree that ‘Home is where the heart’.

We’ve all seen the door mats ‘Home sweet Home’ ‘No place like home’ but do the majority of us actually feel it or believe it?

I get called because people are drowning. They are either drowning in “stuff” or drowning in the errands and tasks because they lack daily structure and routine. They are simply existing. Moving through the motions of life on auto pilot. They Get up, get ready- Feed the dog- Feed the kids- school run- work-school run- kid club runs -walk the dog- put the washing on - Realise haven’t hung yesterdays washing up- put washing back on! Repeat repeat repeat………………… The tasks are endless and boring, repetitive and quite frankly, shit. And all of this boring shit wrapped up in a square box they don’t even like or want to be inside.

We are programmed to want a family, a job, a dog, a cat and a house straight out of an Instagram post if we want to be happy. But we aren’t told how hard it is to juggle and keep it once we get it. We’re just told we have to have it. Told to have the latest  new amazing Appliances, Products, Accessories. Told that this THING will make our lives fuller, easier, better and we’ll be happier as long as we have it!

But  quick, “It’s selling out fast”

Hurry “Only 2 left” or my personal favourite “10 people have this in their baskets already”…… Quick buy it first! And we fall for it. Because we are all searching for that special something it fulfil lives.

But in honesty, ask yourselves, if this STUFF has made you happier?

Is your life EASIER now you have this new thing?

Is the lack of these things, the true reason that your house doesn’t feel like a home?

Or is it because you have all of this generic stuff, that your home has now stopped feeling like yours. Like you.

I help you find what’s important.

I help you simplify it all.

I help you find you.

Yes, less really is more. Less belongings and less commitments.

No, you don’t NEED chickens!!

They are just another job to add to your already endless list.

I’m not saying become a Minimalist. I’m saying let’s find what truly matters to you and surround yourself with that and only that.

I can bring Structure,  adapt daily routines and make it easier to find things when you are rushing out of the door.

Your home needs work for you, instead of it becoming a consequence of your life that you have to step over.

You should look forward to coming home, you should enjoy being at home. It should be your one place in this world where you can close the door and feel safe, Relaxed and calm.

Even if you only have one room where you can feel this, just one place you call yours and only yours. Not with other family members clothes, toys or belongings in it. Just yours. A clear room will give you a clear mind and soul. Your body will thank you.

You deserve this.

Chloë x
